01 / The Challenge

The Challenge

Beechwood is Central Massachusetts’ only AAA Four Diamond hotel, with a mix of luxury accommodations, dining, weddings, business events, distinctive architecture, and an owner-curated art collection.

The hotel needed a brochure that could communicate that range without feeling like a conventional property guide. The piece had to support sales conversations while also giving prospective guests and event planners some sense of the experience itself.

02 / The Shift

The Shift We Made

We treated the brochure more like a hospitality publication than a sales sheet. Photography was allowed to carry much of the story, with restrained typography, generous pacing, and production details that gave the piece real presence in hand.

03 / The Work

How We Did It

  • Designed an oversized format that gave the property photography room to work
  • Used gold foil and premium finishing details on the cover
  • Created a flexible editorial system for accommodations, dining, weddings, meetings, and amenities
  • Balanced aspirational imagery with the practical information planners and guests needed
  • Used spacing and pacing to make a large amount of content feel considered rather than crowded

04 / What Happened Next

What Happened Next

The oversized format gave the property photography a strong first impression
Editorial pacing brought the hotel’s varied offerings into one cohesive experience
Foil and finishing details made the physical piece feel aligned with the property’s positioning

05 / Why It Mattered

Why It Mattered

For a hotel positioned around experience and service, the brochure was part of the first impression. It gave Beechwood a physical piece that felt much closer to the quality of the property it represented.

The story is already there.
Let’s tell it well.
